Terms of Service

RELYZA CARE — TERMS OF SERVICE (v1) 1. All communication, negotiation, hiring, and payments MUST occur on the Relyza Care platform. 2. Users agree not to exchange contact details (phone, email, WhatsApp, social media) or arrange off-platform payments. 3. Payments are held in escrow by Relyza Care and released to the seller after the buyer confirms job completion. 4. Relyza Care charges a platform fee of 5% on each successful hire. 5. Violations of these terms may result in account suspension, cancellation of pending payments, or termination. 6. Relyza Care is a marketplace connecting families and caregivers and does not provide medical services directly.
